This studio apartment is ideal for guests on short breaks, for guests travelling alone or on business or for guests working to a budget.
With a total space in excess of 31 square meters, this first floor apartment is surprisingly spacious and overlooks the rear garden so is also remarkably tranquil. There are distant sea glimpses of Lyme Bay. As with each of our other apartments it has a parking space in the car park at the front of the property.
The studio is equipped with a luxury king sized bed with pocket sprung mattress. All bedding and towels are included in the rate and for geusts staying more than seven nights there is a complimentary linen and towel change as well as a light clean. At garden level there is a communal laundry where they are coin operated dryers and washers. Complimentary detergent is supplied. There are also free irorning facilities here too.
The studio has a seating area where there is a sofa and a modern flat screen TV. There is also a dining area in the bay window with a dining table which can also double up as a work table.
There is a good sized well equipped separate kitchen with full sized oven, electric hob, microwave and dishwasher. We supply guests with a complimentary welcome pack of teas, coffees, milk etc.
The apartment also has a shower room too.
There is plenty of storage space and the apartment has a good strong wifi signal.WIFI is supplied free.
We accept dogs of miniature breeds in this apartment.(Charges do apply).
