Apartment 5 is a studio apartment located on the first floor of the building. Accessed via the grand sweeping stair case, this surprisingly spacious studio has over 22 square meters of living space. It overlooks the Rose Garden at the side of the property and the majestic Austrian pines that were planted some time shortly after the property was built. It is an ideal apartment for short breaks, for people on business or else for people who want a simple inexpensive base whilst exploring the delights of Torquay and The English Riviera. There is a parking space for each apartment in our car park at the front of the property.
The main studio has nearly 17 square meters of space and features a luxury pocket sprung king sized bed, a sofa, table and chairs and antique Walnut wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a modern TV with built in DVD player and a DAB radio. During their stay, guests are welcome to borrow DVDs from the owners' own collection. Free WIFI is also included.
All bedding and towels are included in the price of the apartment and for guests staying for seven nights or more there is a complimentary towel and linen change. The apartments benefit from a communal laundry room where there are coin operated washers and dryers as well as ironing facilities. Detergent is supplied free of charge.
The apartment has a well, equipped separate kitchen with a full sized oven and electric hob, a microwave oven, a fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. We supply a welcome tray with complimentary teas, coffees etc. There is also a shower room with complimentary toiletries.
