Luxury Self Catering Studio Apartment in Torquay

Apartment 5 is a studio apartment located on the first floor of the building. Accessed via the grand sweeping staircase, this surprisingly spacious studio has over 22 square meters of living space.

It overlooks the Rose Garden at the side of the property and the majestic Austrian pines that were planted some time shortly after the property was built. It is an ideal apartment for short breaks, for people on business or else for people who want a simple inexpensive base whilst exploring the delights of Torquay and The English Riviera.

There is a parking space for each apartment in our car park at the front of the property  where there are also EV charging points for guests with electric vehicles.

The main studio has nearly 17 square meters of space and features a luxury pocket sprung king sized bed, a sofa, table and chairs and antique walnut chest of drawers plus a French style wardrobe. There is a modern SMART TV.  Full fibre WIFI is also included.

All bedding and towels are included in the price of the apartment and for guests staying for seven nights or more there is a complimentary towel and linen change. The apartments benefit from a communal laundry room at garden levelwhere there are coin operated washers and dryers as well as ironing facilities. Detergent is supplied free of charge.

Holiday Accommodation with a separate kitchen and bathroom

The apartment has a newly refitted, well equipped separate kitchen with a full sized eye level oven, a combination microwave oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. We supply a welcome tray with complimentary teas, coffees etc.

We have a list of recommended local eateries for guests who would like to eat out during their stay. 

There is also a newly refitted bathroom with an over sixed shower cubicle. Guests are supplied with a complimentary welcome pack of toiletries.

Dog Friendly Accommodation

We are delighted to accept well behaved adult dogs - only small breeds in this apartment (a maximum of one per stay). We do make a charge as this helps us with ensuring the apartment is super clean for the next guests.
