A luxury one bedroom holiday apartment in a tranquil part of torquay

This one bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of the period building and is accessed by the grand, wide main staircase. The apartment overlooks the Rose Garden at the side of the property and has distant see glimpses.

It is a superbly tranquil apartment and is ideal for guests on short breaks or else for visitors on business. It has been furnished with care and attention and features antiques as well as original works of art setting it apart from the identikit holiday apartments on offer elsewhere.

Each apartment at Muntham has a parking space in our car park which is located at the front of the property. For guests bringing more than one vehicle, there is free and unrestricted on road parking immediately outside the property. We have EV charging points in the car park for guests bringing electric vehicles.

There is a living room with a dining area (which can also be used as a work space for guests on business) as well as sofa and arm chair in which to sit back and relax. There is a modern SMART TV. Free WIFI is also included.

Holiday Apartment with flexible sleeping arrangements

The apartment has a bedroom with a luxury pocket sprung bed that can be configured as two singles or else as superking. The bedroom overlooks the peaceful Rose Garden at the side of the property. All bed linen and towels are included in the rate and for guests staying more than seven nights we offer a complimentary linen and towel change as well as light clean.

Newly refurbished self catering accommodation

The apartment also has a well equipped, newly refitted luxury kitchen kitchen for those occasions when guests prefer to dine in. Facilities include an electric oven, an electric induction hob, microwave , and  a dishwasher.  Guests are supplied with a complimentary welcome pack of teas and coffees.

There is a good sized newly refitted bathroom with a bath and a shower over. Guests are supplied with a complimentary welcome pack of toiletries.

Dog Friendly Holiday Accommodation

We are delighted to welcome well behaved adult dogs in this apartment. Charges do apply so please check with us. We are scrupulous with our cleaning so only the warm memory of our canine guests lingers after their departure.

Guests also have access to the communal laundry room where there are coin operated washers and dryers. We supply complimentary detergent. There are ironing facilities here too.
